Coach Saylor has worked with the former New Orleans Hornets' forward/center P.J. Brown for 2 years.  P.J. hired Coach Saylor prior to the 2004-05 season, after 11 years in the NBA, because, as he put it, "I'm always looking for an edge."  P.J. went on to enjoy perhaps his best season ever, shooting a career-best 86.4% from the foul line and averaging 10.8 ppg and 9.0 rpg.  Coach Saylor and P.J. had just begun preparing for last season, the 2005-06 campaign, when their workouts and lives were interrupted by Hurricane Katrina.  P.J. still managed to shoot 82.7% from the foul line and averaged 7.3 ppg and 9.0 rpg during a tough season.  Coach Saylor helped NBA veteran P.J. Brown find that "edge" that all athletes are looking for.
